Background History: Natasha was born to a Russian family that moved to Germany when she was three years old. She was the firstborn girl in a family of five. Her brother was two years older than her and her sister was seven years younger. Natasha went to school with Anne and Margot Frank and was good friends with the girls.

Being Jewish, Natasha and her family were forced to go into hiding when the Nazis invaded. Their location was betrayed and they were found soon after. Natasha's father and brother went to Auschwitz; Natasha, her mother, and her sister went to Bernburg. Her sister was one of the first forced into the gas chambers because she was a child.

Natasha was experimented on. Dyes were inserted into her irises to try and make them blue. She was blind for the rest of her short life.

Other: Her brother is the only family member who survived the Holocaust. He is still alive and Natasha wants more than anything to be with him again.
